Low Carb Quesadilla

Ingredients

4 4″La Banderita Carb Counter Street Taco Flour Tortillas
1/4 C. Black Beans
Cheddar Cheese

Directions
Lay a tortilla shell in a frying pan, add 1/2 of the beans and 1/2 of the cheese. When cheese begins to melt cover with another tortilla shell and flip. Let other side cook for about 30 seconds or until slightly brown. Cut in triangles add salsa if desired and enjoy!
