SHORT CHALLENGES
March 30 Day Challenge:
Squat Challenge: Work up to 100 squats each day. Start with as many as you can do and then progress up to 100. If you do these each day, you should notice a difference in your legs and glutes within 30 days!

April 30 Day Challenge:
Crunch Challenge: Work up to 100 crunches each day. Start with as many as you can do and then progress up to 100. If you do these each day, you should notice a difference in your abs within 30 days!

May 15 Day Challenge:
Plank Challenge: Work up your stamina with the plank challenge. This is only for 15 days, but we challenge you to increase it to daily! Make it a habit. This is a full body toner, so you do these each day and you should notice a difference in your stamina within 30 days!
