This week I&#8217;m doing better.  I feel so much better if I workout in the morning&#8230;I have more energy, less brain fog, and I feel like I&#8217;m more organized.  </p>

Also trying to add more veggies into my meals by adding spinach and/or frozen veggies to soups and other dishes.  I have added spinach to spaghetti and chili.  Doesn&#8217;t really add flavor, but does give it a healthy punch.  I&#8217;ll update on the chia pudding next time.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Got in over 10,000 both Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday was more of a workout&#8230;Sunday was just a lot of moving around&#8230;grandbabies are in town.  Got all 100 crunches, squats, and push ups in on Saturday.  Only 50 on Sunday.  Today is a new day and a new week&#8230;and I&#8217;m still on the way to a better me!  Have a great day!</p>

Noticing little changes&#8230;my skin is more hydrated; I&#8217;m better able to make healthy food choices; I don&#8217;t have the sugar cravings; and many more.  I don&#8217;t feel like there has been any change in my weight or measurements, but I&#8217;m not giving up!  One day at a time!</p>

<p>1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit<br />
1/2 cup low fat, low sugar Greek Yogurt<br />
1 Tbs whole almonds</p>
<p>Mix and enjoy!</p>
<p>The fresh fruit varies widely according to what&#8217;s in season.  Strawberries are starting to come in!</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Almost through the 10 day sugar detox.  Still going strong.  Amazing how reducing sugar intake has decreased inflammation in my joints.  I think I&#8217;ll continue even after the 10 days.   Up to 75 squats per day (25 reps at a time :)) &#8230;on top of any that are included in my regular workouts.  Continuing to track nutrition as well.  Feeling great!</p>

Pinch of Black Pepper<br />
Diced Feta Cheese (for a little added flavour)</p>
<p>Mix all ingredients together in a jug (apart from the Feta). Pour into a muffin tray and sprinkle the diced Feta on top.
