This week I&#8217;m doing better.  I feel so much better if I workout in the morning&#8230;I have more energy, less brain fog, and I feel like I&#8217;m more organized.  </p>

Also trying to add more veggies into my meals by adding spinach and/or frozen veggies to soups and other dishes.  I have added spinach to spaghetti and chili.  Doesn&#8217;t really add flavor, but does give it a healthy punch.  I&#8217;ll update on the chia pudding next time.</p>

<p>1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit<br />
1/2 cup low fat, low sugar Greek Yogurt<br />
1 Tbs whole almonds</p>
<p>Mix and enjoy!</p>
<p>The fresh fruit varies widely according to what&#8217;s in season.  Strawberries are starting to come in!</p>

I have limited time in the morning&#8230;the best time for me to work out, so 30 minute workouts are best for me.  Wakes me up and keeps my energy level up during the day.  I just use dumb bells and my own weight, along with some DVD workouts I have collected.
