    “Strength training makes everything easier.” (Debra Atkinson, Flipping 50) I know we all do a lot of moving and lifting on a daily basis…cleaning stalls, feeding, watering, scrubbing, etc., and our muscles have become accustomed to the routine. For me, this statement is definitely true. Although I’m not doing anymore than usual, it has become easier as I have incorporated more strength training several days each week. Be strong

    • Yes, simple weightlifting has helped my upper body strength! It’s easier to saddle my horse as a result.
