    These low carb taco shells are the bomb! One taco does it for me. Just cook the cheese form into a shell as instructed in video and then add either lean hamburger, turkey burger with a little taco seasoning and then your lettuce and tomatoes with your favorite taco sauce. It is yummy, full of protein and low carb!
