    Tracking nutrition and exercise in MyFitnessPal. I try to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories. Today’s meals:
    Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a few walnuts
    Lunch: Salad made with Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, mini cucumbers, canned chicken, and guacamole (tip…guacamole has about half the fat as ranch dressing…and it’s a healthy fat) with 6 whole wheat crackers.
    Snacks: Celery, mozzarella string cheese, 100 calorie pack almonds and walnuts, 2 halos
    (Calories to this point = 678)
    Dinner: Shrimp stir fry with brown rice.
