Still trying to get it all figured out. So much conflicting information out there. Anyone else trying this? Food for the last couple of days has been: Yesterday: 
 Breakfast: protein shake with 1/2 banana, blueberries, spinach, pea protein, and almond milk
 Lunch: Salmon and steamed rice
 Dinner: Tacos with home grown ground beef, beans, avocado…you know…Happy Cinco de Mayo food! LOLToday: 
 Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries, walnuts, and a splash of almond milk
 Lunch: Protein shake…same as above, but added a tablespoon of cocoa powder
 Dinner: Possibly Carne Asada. Or so the cowboy says. We’ll see.
