    Fatigue & low energy levels have been a struggle for me, off & on, for the last 5 years. Prior to that period of time, I would choose one 1/2 marathon to run each year. My new motivation combines a personal goal & a physical activity goal … to run in the Grand Teton Half Marathon, & visit the National Park on June 1, 2019. Using the challenge to help boost my training & overall wellness, I was able to jog/run 2 miles yesterday & walk 2 miles today.
