Including the Keto, Cabbage Soup, liquid diet, fasting and so much more. I think when you find there is another new diet, it’s a hope that we will quickly, easily and miraculously lose all of the weight we want. We are looking for an easy, miracle diet to quickly get to our weight loss goals. And yes, you can lose weight on pretty much any diet you are on. But I have found that it is hard for me to stay on a diet for more than a few weeks. This is why I have come to the conclusion that the best way for me to stay on track with my weight is by watching my food intake. Let me tell you why…[/bpfb_link]
