    For lunch I had a salad with chicken breast, boiled egg and light Ranch dressing. I also drank a lot of water. This week we are planning getting a few take out meals as it’s Birthday week for one of my kids. Yes, you heard right… we started birthday week a couple of years ago instead of just birthday and it’s been fun expanding it all out into a week. So, we will be eating Taco Bell tonight and I need to make room for a few of the extra calories tonight. I am right at 505 calories so I still have 795 calories to go! If you have read my blog last week, I talk about the experiment of lowering your calories, but still eating what you like. It has been proven that it will still lower your bad cholesterol and increase your good cholesterol and lose pounds even if you eat what you like, but stay in the reduced calorie range that you have chosen.
