The 12 Week Challenge only is available certain times of the year!  You can still follow it, but won’t be getting prizes.  All other challenges you can do on your own anytime.  Just print them off and hang them up!

Challenge yourself to go for 10 days without sugar! It’s a great way to the start of new eating habits and get you ready for limiting different foods.[/ezcol_3quarter_end]

Don’t have enough time to get to the gym?  This will help and it only takes a few minutes each day.  Do the sets over and over until you feel like you have been worked out![/ezcol_3quarter_end]
