I got into the gym only a couple times and worked out doing ranch chores here but it wasn&#8217;t the way I like doing things. I&#8217;m disappointed </p>

The depression has been tough and I&#8217;ve been trying not to eat junk food. I&#8217;m having the issue with staying in my calories but not eating the right foods. </p>

I actually had to start adjusting my caloric intake and changey workout routine too since my body is different now that I&#8217;m in my 30s lol. Having no thyroid doesn&#8217;t help but it&#8217;s coming off! And yessss I love it let&#8217;s do it!!</p>

I tweaked the recipe so that it has less sugar, better fats and more protein.
