This week I&#8217;m doing better.  I feel so much better if I workout in the morning&#8230;I have more energy, less brain fog, and I feel like I&#8217;m more organized.  </p>

So I haven&#8217;t been eating anything all day and then I ate a burger at night Saturday. Not good. Same thing today&#8230;I&#8217;m not even hungry but I snack here and there on garbage. </p>

Yesterday&#8217;s workout: total body cardio with weights and two walks with the dogs.  Today&#8217;s workout, upper body and a 20 minute walk.  Hoping to get another walk in this afternoon. <p>Full body strength training this morning and a nice walk with the dogs.</p>

Breakfast = oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts<br />
Lunch = Spaghetti with chickpea pasta and meat sauce made with homegrown ground beef.<br />
Dinner = chicken, rice, steamed zucchini and yellow squash.<br />
Snack = peanut butter with a few chocolate chips.<br />
