    No workout yesterday. Some days a girl just needs a few extra ZZZZZ’s…but…I did do my 100 crunches, 2-30 second planks, and 2-5 minute arm workouts. Gotta give my knees a break.

    Full body strength training this morning and a nice walk with the dogs.

    Day isn’t over yet. Hoping to get some more steps in with my horse, as well as, my crunches, and planks. And…who knows what else I can throw in.
