	Connie posted an update in the group  Challenges 3 years, 7 months ago Challenges 3 years, 7 months agoAlmost through the 10 day sugar detox. Still going strong. Amazing how reducing sugar intake has decreased inflammation in my joints. I think I’ll continue even after the 10 days. Up to 75 squats per day (25 reps at a time :)) …on top of any that are included in my regular workouts. Continuing to track nutrition as well. Feeling great!
