Just a few more days until the end of the challenge. How is everyone doing? I have stuck to working out 4-6 days per week, but I have been horrible about tracking my food and making good nutrition choices. Hope you all are doing great!.

Still hanging in there with this challenge. I love working out in the morning before going outside to take care of animals…and with the colder temperatures I’m gets me nice and warmed up. Hope you are staying warm and healthy!

I haven’t been quite as active on the website with this 12 week challenge, but I’m still working out 5-6 days a week and still working towards healthier eating habits. The holidays are coming and I will need all the help I can get. Foodie struggles… 😀

Is there going to be a new riding or workout challenge this month? I didn’t miss it did I?

Welcome everyone! Hope you all are enjoying this new challenge. I don’t know about you, but the “…ber” months, September, October, November, and December, are soooo tough for me because I love all the yummy comfort food. But…this challenge will definitely help me think twice about what I eat and I feel so much better. What about you? Do…[Read more]

You would think it would be fairly simple to get 10,000 steps in a day with all that we do, but I have come up short on several days during this challenge. I know that I get more steps than are recorded on my phone because I don’t always have it with me. However, I refuse to quit. The weather is a big factor for me, so hopefully, it will be…[Read more]

Still sticking with the 10,000 steps and 100 crunches per day, as well as the 100 squats and push ups. Mother Nature isn’t playing nice, however, with the 10,000 steps, but that’s ok…I’ll catch up. The wind and snow was crazy here yesterday. How is your weather? Hope it’s warm and sunny where you are.

Well, the Texas wind has knocked me out of steps! I’ll be able to catch up this weekend though. Gotta keep going-I am seeing results!

Got in over 10,000 both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was more of a workout…Sunday was just a lot of moving around…grandbabies are in town. Got all 100 crunches, squats, and push ups in on Saturday. Only 50 on Sunday. Today is a new day and a new week…and I’m still on the way to a better me! Have a great day!

I can get behind this Step Challenge! I like that my phone will count my steps! I can get 5000 steps in easily, but 10,000 will require some concentrated effort.

I didn’t realize the monthly challenges until recently. I only did the squats 1 time. I hope to improve here too! I need to learn time management!! Good night all!

100 squats per day…25 at a time. Added 100 push-ups per day…also 25 at a time. Noticing little changes…my skin is more hydrated; I’m better able to make healthy food choices; I don’t have the sugar cravings; and many more. I don’t feel like there has been any change in my weight or measurements, but I’m not giving up! One day at a time!

Feeling a little frustrated, but sticking with workouts, nutrition, and natural sugar (in food). I have drank 75 oz. of water per day for the last couple of years. Still working up to a gallon…some days I get it in…other days not so much. Still working on 100 squats per day. I can do 100 squats, just struggling to fit them in every day.…[Read more]

Continuing with low to no sugar, tracking nutrition, and daily exercise. Hoping to ride my horse this weekend. Hope you all have had a great week. Happy Friday!

This squat challenge is kickin’ my thighs! I’m adding 3 more each day to reach 100.

I did it!!! 10 days without sugar or sweetener of any kind. No refined flours. No dried fruits. And no sugary beverages. Sugar is my addiction, so I will keep going, other than an occasional treat. Congratulations to all of you who also made it or are still working on it.

Almost through the 10 day sugar detox. Still going strong. Amazing how reducing sugar intake has decreased inflammation in my joints. I think I’ll continue even after the 10 days. Up to 75 squats per day (25 reps at a time :)) …on top of any that are included in my regular workouts. Continuing to track nutrition as well. Feeling great!
