	Connie posted an update in the group  Challenges 3 years, 7 months ago Challenges 3 years, 7 months ago100 squats per day…25 at a time. Added 100 push-ups per day…also 25 at a time. Noticing little changes…my skin is more hydrated; I’m better able to make healthy food choices; I don’t have the sugar cravings; and many more. I don’t feel like there has been any change in my weight or measurements, but I’m not giving up! One day at a time!
