    Old school Billy Blanks boot camp cardio with resistance bands this morning! Great total body workout. Also walked the dogs, but only for 10 minutes. Bad news…supposed to be windy (50-60 mph gusts) and rainy the next couple of days, so riding is on the back burner. Good news…two of the grandbabies are in town…and that’s a lot of chasing…LOL. And…I’ll still add in the 100 squats, crunches, and push ups! I try to do sets of 25 every time I get a few minutes. Not so easy when I’m at the office, but once I get home between changing from office wear to barn wear to casual wear, or while I’m waiting for dinner to cook, etc. Kind of a mini workout!
