    Day 1 of the Plank/Squat Challenge begins today! At the minimum, do a 30 second plank and 18 squats.

    • Can I try a minute plank today?

      • Yes, if you feel you can go longer please do. Our only word of advice is that you want to make sure you are making progress each day, so you don’t want to start out too high.
