So I haven&#8217;t been eating anything all day and then I ate a burger at night Saturday. Not good. Same thing today&#8230;I&#8217;m not even hungry but I snack here and there on garbage. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Been a few days since I have visited this site, but have kept up with workouts and nutrition.  Made the 10 day sugar detox.  My son and his family were here for dinner on Sunday.  Had a small slice of light cheesecake for dessert, but other than that I&#8217;m still living sugar free other than natural sugars found in foods.  Hope you all are feeling great!</p>

Today was beautiful out, walked to the in laws with my dog to get my girls off the bus, saddled their horse and watched them ride for an hour or so, and then walked back home, and did yoga&#x2714;</p>
