	Connie posted an update in the group  Challenges 3 years, 7 months ago Challenges 3 years, 7 months agoI did it!!! 10 days without sugar or sweetener of any kind. No refined flours. No dried fruits. And no sugary beverages. Sugar is my addiction, so I will keep going, other than an occasional treat. Congratulations to all of you who also made it or are still working on it.
