I got into the gym only a couple times and worked out doing ranch chores here but it wasn&#8217;t the way I like doing things. I&#8217;m disappointed </p>

The depression has been tough and I&#8217;ve been trying not to eat junk food. I&#8217;m having the issue with staying in my calories but not eating the right foods. </p>

I&#8217;ve also been struggling with depression and it&#8217;s been a really bad past few months but we can do this!
