Workouts 6 years, 9 months agoJust spent 3 hours shoveling my driveway and I don’t think I’m even half done 🙁 got lots of snow last night and my quad is broke down. But it’s def a good full body workout

What's Your Motivation? 6 years, 10 months agoMy motivation is my health and mobility. Also pain relief. I’ve been struggling getting on and off my horse. I can’t loose the one thing I enjoy the most.
