This week I&#8217;m doing better.  I feel so much better if I workout in the morning&#8230;I have more energy, less brain fog, and I feel like I&#8217;m more organized.  </p>

So I haven&#8217;t been eating anything all day and then I ate a burger at night Saturday. Not good. Same thing today&#8230;I&#8217;m not even hungry but I snack here and there on garbage. </p>

Yesterday&#8217;s workout: total body cardio with weights and two walks with the dogs.  Today&#8217;s workout, upper body and a 20 minute walk.  Hoping to get another walk in this afternoon.  And&#8230;back to tracking food. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No workout yesterday. Some days a girl just needs a few extra ZZZZZ’s…but…I did do my 100 crunches, 2-30 second planks, and 2-5 minute arm workouts. Gotta give my knees a break.</p>
<p>Full body strength training this morning and a nice walk with the dogs.</p>

Breakfast = oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts<br />
Lunch = Spaghetti with chickpea pasta and meat sauce made with homegrown ground beef.<br />
Dinner = chicken, rice, steamed zucchini and yellow squash.<br />
Snack = peanut butter with a few chocolate chips.<br />

I still struggle with smart nutrition, but I am eating better than I was at the beginning and I have been getting my workouts in 5-6 days a week.  Still a bit behind on my 10,000 steps.  Some days I get over 10K. I work remotely in the afternoons and my house gets a bit chilly when I&#8217;m just sitting behind my computer. Mother Nature isn&#8217;t playing nice, however, with the 10,000 steps, but that&#8217;s ok&#8230;I&#8217;ll catch up.  The wind and snow was crazy here yesterday.  How is your weather?  Hope it&#8217;s warm and sunny where you are.</p>
