    Here is a great outdoor workout or you can do it inside. The idea is to work your way down to 1. So early on you can do as many as you can and then by the end of the challenge be doing each exercise so that you have completed 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 You would be doing each 10 times but with less reps each time. It’s a killer, but a great goal to be able to complete by the end of the challenge! You can start out with the pushups on your knees if you want.
