Accountability Group 4 years agoCold walk with the dogs, a 30 minute combo cardio/weights workout, followed by a yummy breakfast of avocado toast with scrambled eggs, strawberries, and blueberries!

Accountability Group 4 years agoYoga yesterday. no extra walking or barn chores. Hubby did them and single digits for weather. warm up Friday and Saturday is a horse show…so it will be busy for sure!

Accountability Group 4 years agoLeg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my 😁. Walk in the snow ⛄️ with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again 🤣 Stay warm

Accountability Group 4 years agoDay 2 of sugar detox. I’m still alive…LOL!!! 30 minute upper body workout this morning…added more weight…my arms will be noodles. 10 minute chilly walk with the dogs. Accountability Group 4 years agoI downloaded the myfitnesspal app. I walked 2 miles on the treadmill and did kundalini yoga. Day 1✔ hope you all had a great day!

Accountability Group 4 years agoWalked dog for 20 minutes in the cold! Watching calories and need to remind myself to drink more water. Plan to do some leg and butt exercises. Keep strong ladies

Accountability Group 4 years agoGood afternoon! 30 minute cardio with weights this morning and a chilly walk with the dogs. Sugar detox is not easy… especially when a co-worker brought homemade cake. Good thing I came prepared with fresh strawberries and cottage cheese. Stay strong ladies!
