Accountability Group 4 years, 1 month agoWorking out 5-6 days a week. I usually get 5 days in. Weekends are a little tricky, so I try to make everything I do some sort of workout. Accountability Group 4 years, 1 month agoBeen a few days since I have visited this site, but have kept up with workouts and nutrition. Made the 10 day sugar detox. My son and his family were here for dinner on Sunday. Had a small slice of light cheesecake for dessert, but other than that I’m still living sugar free other than natural sugars found in foods. Hope you all are feeling great!

Accountability Group 4 years, 1 month agoYesterday…cardio workout. Feelin’ the burpees and mountain climbers today! Today…combo upper and lower body workout. Getting my squats in as well and this 5 minute arm workout. I do this 2 or 3 times a day. https://pin.it/7zUi4mO

Workouts 4 years, 1 month agoUpper body workout this morning. Increased weights on the last set. I have limited time in the morning…the best time for me to work out, so 30 minute workouts are best for me. Wakes me up and keeps my energy level up during the day. I just use dumb bells and my own weight, along with some DVD workouts I have collected. Will add several sets…[Read more]

Accountability Group 4 years, 1 month agoAnother workout in the books. Increased weight on last set of each exercise. Will walk the pasture with my horse during lunch…before sitting behind a computer for the rest of the afternoon. Then chores and walking dogs tonight. Happy Tuesday!
