1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup quick oats
Smash bananas add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix and add oats.

Workouts 7 years, 2 months agoA Quick Tip for inner thigh workout is to drop your stirrups. Take your boots out of the stirrup and ride for 10 minute increments. It will do wonders for your inner thighs and you will feel it the next day! 🙂
