    It’s the evening of Day 10, and I did it!! Ok, I snuck a little vodka in my diet coke a few evenings while I watered plants outside and worked on my tan. But not one piece of bread, candy, cookies, cake, etc.!!! I know I’ve lost weight, and much of it is bound to be water weight that leaves every time I go strick low carb for a while. I will report tomorrow morning with my weigh in and my 10 day weight loss. I hope to hear from some of you.

          • Yay Sandigirl!!! If we can do 10 days, we can go longer. My knee is feeling really great,and I feel stronger than I have in a year. My knee surgery was May 12th. I didn’t realize how much the knee affected me until I got it fixed. Now, I can see how it contributed to my deconditioning and weight gain. I’m thinking about doing the 12 week challenge. I have to admit that logging in to this website, and communicating with the people here did help.
