    Starting out the week strong! Workout in, water in, lunch time walk with my horse in. Weather is great today, so it will be easy to get a before dinner walk in after chores.     Workout…check. Water…check (50 oz so far). The day is still a bit young. I work remotely in the afternoons and my house gets a bit chilly when I’m just sitting behind my computer.     I haven’t logged in for 7 days😬 I have been doing my yoga, recommended for my medical issues and anxiety, I would like to get back to walking or riding bike, it is hit or miss🤷‍♀️ I would like to get more consistent. Hope all is well with the rest of the group!

    Working out 5-6 days a week. I usually get 5 days in. Weekends are a little tricky, so I try to make everything I do some sort of workout.     Been a few days since I have visited this site, but have kept up with workouts and nutrition. Made the 10 day sugar detox. My son and his family were here for dinner on Sunday. Had a small slice of light cheesecake for dessert, but other than that I’m still living sugar free other than natural sugars found in foods. Hope you all are feeling great!

    Yesterday…cardio workout. Feelin’ the burpees and mountain climbers today! Today…combo upper and lower body workout. Getting my squats in as well and this 5 minute arm workout. I do this 2 or 3 times a day. https://pin.it/7zUi4mO

    Another workout in the books. Increased weight on last set of each exercise. Will walk the pasture with my horse during lunch…before sitting behind a computer for the rest of the afternoon. Then chores and walking dogs tonight. Happy Tuesday!

    Played kickball outside with my youngest daughter and did my yoga✔
    Today was beautiful out, walked to the in laws with my dog to get my girls off the bus, saddled their horse and watched them ride for an hour or so, and then walked back home, and did yoga✔
