    Hello everyone!
    Tough start to the program, but hopeful to make some positive changes

  • Got my stationary bike in, treadmill, weights (arms) and 100 crunches. So nice to have it in! On with my day! Happy Friday!

  • My meal plans for today:
    Breakfast: My favorite Protein Shake (recipe in Recipe Group)
    Lunch: Kale Salad with boiled egg and black beans
    Snack: Yogurt/strawberries
    Dinner: Spaghetti w/ lean hamburgar, green beans
    Snack: Built Bar

    One I’d my very favorite cookies and I make them yeast round. I tweaked the recipe so that it has less sugar, better fats and more protein.

    1/2 C Coconut oil

    Protein Packed Cowboy Cookies
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1/4 c Greek yogurt
    1/4 c coconut oil
    2 eggs
    1tsp vanilla
    1/4 c sugar
    1 scoop vanilla protein
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 1/4 c flour
    1 c oatmeal
    1tsp soda
    1tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon

  • I got my weights workout in this morning. That is one thing that has really helped me lose inches is lifting. I did chest and triceps today.

    Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
    -Sugar Free Devils Food Cake Mix
    -1/2 Can of Pumpkin
    -1/4 C Coconut Oil
    -Sugar Free Powder Sugar

    These are easy and much less calories and sugar than the original.
    Ingredients:
    – Sugar Free Devils Food Cake mix
    – 1 C Pumpkin
    – 1/4 C Coconut Oil
    – 1/2 C sugarless chocolate chips
    Stir together. Roll into balls and dip in substitute powder sugar. Bake at 350° 10-12 minutes.

  • It’s too hot for biking outside. I did a stationary bike, weights and treadmill today and will still get a swim in. I’m upping my workouts!

  • I bought a big container of unsalted cashews for snacks at Costco. It really give me the energy to get through an afternoon. I have a handful after my workout.

    Ok, so if you read the last blog I just wrote, 5:2 you will understand what I did today. I had a relaxing morning and didn’t eat breakfast until 11am.   • These are my two snacks that I ate today. I love the frozen Dippers that are dark chocolate covered real banana slices made with 67% cacao. They are 100 calories a pack of 4.5 g fat 13 g carbs and 7 g sugar. I also had a Healthy Choice Fudge bar with 100 calories, 1.5 g fat, 17 g carbs and 5 g sugar.   • Ok, tonight was kind of junk food, but not too bad. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito which did count for protein and then I had a free Dorito Taco. The total calories came to 520, but that still gave me 275 for a snack tonight. I will show you my snacks in the nex post!
