Challenges 4 years agoSugar detox…day 6…getting easier to “just say no” to sugar. Accountability Group 4 years agoCold walk with the dogs, a 30 minute combo cardio/weights workout, followed by a yummy breakfast of avocado toast with scrambled eggs, strawberries, and blueberries!

Challenges 4 years agoDay 3 of sugar detox…the struggle is real 😩. Fortunately I’m not a fan of Jolly Ranchers or candy fruit slices. Whew!!! Stuck with lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. 💪💪💪

Accountability Group 4 years agoLeg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my 😁. Walk in the snow ⛄️ with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again 🤣 Stay warm
