    I can relate! It’s hard when you are competitive – we are told the we should be our own competition, which is great, but we have to find that in-between you are talking about. Not as a resting place where we become stagnant, but as a step towards winning the competition against yester-us lol

    • EXACTLY!!! Lol. It’s okay to not be breaking records everyday, but keep doing stuff everyday to keep getting stronger and breaking personal records in the long run!

    I use that trick too sometimes – brushing your teeth to help get over cravings haha. I’m kind of the opposite – I want chocolate and sweets when I’m relaxed.

    Awesome! I’ve just started getting back into riding after being on bedrest with my pregnancy, and trail riding is my favorite. I got a couple of notifications about your comment here before I was actually able to pull it up – maybe give it a few minutes? Or just send me a friend request and we can be lost together haha

      I figured out the friend request: member’s arena > profile > friends > requests!

      • I go there and it doesn’t show a request from you 😡. I go to your profile to send one to you and it tells me a requestrian has been sent already . Getting frustrated. Had a request come in after yours and it showed up with no problems

    One of my big motivators for doing this challenge is to have more energy and get back into developing healthy habits – improve my life so I can improve life for my baby.

    Today Bubbles was part of my workout by riding along in the jogger while I went on a couple mile walk around the rolling hills of our neighborhood. I got to work on some stroller lunges too!

    Not sure if this counts as a recipe or more of a quick fix, but for those of us who seriously crave ice cream, having frozen yogurt on hand is great! I stuck a bunch of Oikos triple zeros in the freezer earlier today…

      • I have tried the chocolate. But didn’t like the texture. I’ll have to try the Birthday cake. I heard you need to leave it out a bit and let it melt slightly?

          I remember that from my in-laws house. For some reason the ice cream was super hard, but oh so good

    Do any of you ladies do pilates? I just tried a very short intro to it the other day, and wanted to know if anyone practices it more intensely. I’ve never been as out of shape as I am right now, so I’m looking for something that I can build up to.

    • I used to do it about 10 years ago. I used to love it. The stretching is incredible. I need to start it again.

    • We do go over to Cali sometimes since it’s not far. If we plan on heading your way I will let you know. Oh and I have gotten 2 emails saying you sent me a friend request but when I try to go in and accept it says I have no requests 😳. I am trying to figure out the deal lol.

    I second Chantellg93 – having the no sugar challenge to think about gives me another layer of reasons to lay off the sugar. I went for a walk around the neighborhood this morning since the smoke from the fire near Yosemite wasn’t terrible.     I’m so glad I read the email telling us about the 10-day sugar free spree BEFORE I went grocery shopping this morning! If great bodies are built in the kitchen, I’d better start getting serious about monitoring what gets brought into that building arena.
