Waiting at the airport right now.  I hope the hotel is in a decent spot with a great place to workout.  I will try to take a pic to post here.  We are going to drop some of the summer “pudge”!!!</p>

My knee surgery was May 12th.  I didn&#8217;t realize how much the knee affected me until I got it fixed.  Now, I can see how it contributed to my deconditioning and weight gain. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dawn: and when we ride, ANY extra weight shows up in our middle!  I&#8217;m 5&#8217;6&#8243; and hit 180 this year (I&#8217;m 61).  I freaked out and I&#8217;m having heck getting rid of the extra weight.  I feel like I look awful on my horse, and it keeps me from wanting to show him.  It&#8217;s day 5 on this sugar detox and I am sticking with it. At the office, they had a baby shower, complete with chocolate fountain, marshmallows, cookies, etc. etc.  OMG I was so tough.  I did have some grapes and strawberries, but no chocolate, no cookies.  My eating was again very good, and I did the exercise video!</p>
