    Haven’t made very good food choices lately and my brain and joints certainly can tell. It’s amazing how food choices affect everything. Back to better food choices!

    Continuing to workout 5-6 days a week…except for last week, but I only missed one day, so I’ll call it a win. Weather is a bit cooler in the morning making it a little harder to get out of my warm bed, but working out warms me up and gets me ready for the weather outside. I love Fall!

    This last week was a struggle with keeping my gym routine. The days I didn’t lift I did stuff around the ranch but to me it’s just not the same. I want to get back on track this coming week…I’m struggling a bit with the depression.

    Not really a recipe just a lunch idea…todays lunch was a baked potato topped with cottage cheese and steamed broccoli. Love this as the weather cools off.

    Still sticking with my workouts but I sometimes feel I’m not getting enough of a workout. Cooler weather makes it harder for me to eat healthy food rather than comfort food. Still working on it.

    • I feel your pain on that! I’ve been struggling with keeping to my calories…Info it but it’s a challenge. The depression has been tough and I’ve been trying not to eat junk food. I’m having the issue with staying in my calories but not eating the right foods.

    Got up a little late so I just did a 20 minute Fitbit workout. It was ok. And I walked the dogs. Happy Monday!

    Premier Protein has a new flavor…birthday cake. Since it’s my birthday month I decided to try it. It’s ok but tastes a lot like vanilla sooo…I added half of a banana 🍌 and a couple handfuls of spinach. Yummy and filling lunch. Next time I’ll add some frozen mixed berries. 😋

    Did a barre workout yesterday. Really challenged my balance. I think I’ll do it again to help with that problem. Did a Fitbit MMA workout this morning. Even though it was a little hard to catch onto its the first Fitbit workout I’ve actually enjoyed and I will definitely do it again.

    I’m struggling this weekend…my daughter that passed has been 3 months and it was the 2nd anniversary of my son getting hit and losing his leg. So I haven’t been eating anything all day and then I ate a burger at night Saturday. Not good. Same thing today…I’m not even hungry but I snack here and there on garbage.

    Still working out 5-6 days a week. Need to find new workouts. Guess I should check out the Exerprise app. And I need to do better at meal planning.

    • I need to be better about meal planning also. I stay on my diet but it’s definitely a little more chaotic for me when it’s not planned

    Monday and Wednesday did a couple of Fitbit workouts. Not my favorite. Tuesday I just walked the dogs. Today I did an old school Billy Blanks workout. Still one of my favorites.
