i wish eggs weren’t listed as a protein source. since I have an egg allergy…its such a challenge as every diet and healthy eating plan includes them.

Challenges 3 years, 9 months agoDay 3 of sugar detox…the struggle is real 😩. Fortunately I’m not a fan of Jolly Ranchers or candy fruit slices. Whew!!! Stuck with lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. 💪💪💪

Accountability Group 3 years, 9 months agoLeg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my 😁. Walk in the snow ⛄️ with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again 🤣 Stay warm
