We provide several challenges. Some are included inside of our bigger challenges and then we have 10 to 15 day challenges that are a fun way for people to stay motivated and accountable. Check them out!
In the 12 Week Challenge, we have a point system. The person who ends up with the most points at the end of the month gets a prize. There are several ways to earn points and it is explained here as well as in the Planner!
We have a few fitness calculators that you can use. The BMR and BMI calculators. Try them out!
We provide a few print offs to make the challenge a little easier. You can print off the Daily Planner where you can plan out your day with meals and workouts and also print off the Work Out Calendar to keep track of your work outs. These are also included in the Planner!
Before you start our challenges, you will need to do your weigh in. We have provided an easy form to quickly email us your weight. You will need send in your weight a few times during the 12 Week Challenge and including the end. Check it out!
We provide two closed Facebook Groups and our Cowgirl Fit Facebook page. We have a closed Facebook Community for anyone who would like to be a part of it and our closed 12 Week Challenge group which you will want to be a part of if you have signed up for one of our challenges.
