Calorie Watching Lifestyle 3 years, 9 months agoTracking nutrition and exercise in MyFitnessPal. I try to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories. Today’s meals:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a few walnuts

45 and over 3 years, 9 months agoHi Ladies! I’m Connie. I’m 58…but age is just a number, right? 🙂 I have been active/athletic most of my life, but age and life changes caught up to me a few years ago, sooo…here I am…ready to improve my nutrition and get in better shape with you all.
